Verve Coffee was looking to redesign their Shopify Plus site and create a seamless, accessible coffee-buying experience—designed to grow loyalty and attract new customers.
Our Brand Strategy, UX/UI, and Design teams collaborated to bridge the gap between in-store and online—delivering a refreshed design system that captured the vibrant, welcoming spirit of Verve’s cafés. To further elevate the digital experience, we introduced guided selling tools and built the “Coffee Consumptionator”—a first-of-its-kind feature that helps users estimate their coffee needs and reduce subscription cancellations.
The result is an interactive platform that mirrors the in-person experience while reimagining the coffee subscription model. The redesigned site earned industry recognition, winning a W3 Gold Award and receiving a Webby Honoree mention.
